What do your packages include, and what do they cost?
We offer several packages ranging from $6,000 to $8,400. Please visit our pricing page for more detailed information.
Can we stay on the property?
Absolutely! The Schoolhouse has been transformed into a luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa and accommodates up to fourteen guests. Our property is across from the beautiful San Marcos river so there are plenty of outdoor activities like tubing, fishing and kayaking just a few minutes away.
Can we visit before we book?
Yes, we give weekly tours available upon request. Contact us to schedule.
May I choose my own caterer?
We recommend you use one of our preferred vendors, however, it is not a requirement. You must hire a professional caterer that is full service, stays from the beginning to the end of the event, cleans tables and any spills during the event, and manages and takes out trash. All caterers must provide proof of insurance, agree to our catering rules, and sign our catering contract. If you would like a list of caterers we will be happy to provide our preferred vendors list upon request.
Can I bring in my own alcohol?
Yes, you can buy and bring in your own alcohol, however, you are required to hire a professional bartending company that is TABC licensed and insured.
May I bring in my own A/V equipment?
We do not provide A/V equipment. It is the host's responsibility to provide and/or contract the A/V equipment for the event.
What happens in case of rain?
We have covered areas in case it rains. We will discuss a rain plan before your wedding day and allow you to use the full facility to assure you can proceed with your plans.
How do we secure our preferred date?
All bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. A 25% first payment and the signed contract are required to secure the date.
Do you have vendors you recommend?
Yes, we have a preferred vendor list and can send it upon request.
How do we check whether our date is free?
Please send us a note through the contact form with your preferred date and we will let you know if it's available.
