The historic Martindale Schoolhouse and Social Hall is the perfect backdrop for TV commercials, films, photoshoots and music videos. With dozens of projects under our belts, we offer several inside and outside spaces to shoot. The Schoolhouse itself has over 5,000 square feet of common spaces, a large kitchen, and rooms that can be configured in a myriad of ways. With 12 foot ceilings, soaring antique windows and plenty of natural light, the Schoolhouse is an ideal flex-space for any creative endeavor.

But wait, there's more! The Martindale Social Hall is the old high school gymnasium and includes 4,000 square feet of open space, a stage, mens and womens bathrooms, and tables and chairs to accommodate up to 150 crew. To top it off, we offer 40 spaces of private, off-street parking, no city permitting and plenty of space for trucks and equipment storage. In addition, we have a covered veranda, a large courtyard and a catering area for larger crews.
