10-hour use of venue for ceremony and reception for up to 175 guests.

Bridal and groom suites to get ready.

Use of Martindale Social Hall (4000 SF open-air gymnasium) with stage, dance floor, and bar area.

All tables and chairs, including set-up and breakdown. Included are stand-up cocktail tables, vintage dining tables made from reclaimed bleachers and white French café chairs for up to 175 guests.

Use of all outside grounds including Courtyard, Veranda, Outdoor Fireplace, and all seating areas.

2 hour session for bridal or engagement photos prior to your event (one session)

Everything included in the Venue package, plus:

One night stay in the Martindale Schoolhouse, a luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa which accommodates up to fourteen guests.

Everything included in the previous packages, plus:

Two nights accommodations in the Martindale Schoolhouse, a luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa which accommodates up to fourteen guests.

Rehearsal dinner with tables and chairs set up and breakdown for 50 guests.
